STANDARD NOTARIZATION

EMERGENCY & WEEKEND NOTARIZATION
If a notary is needed within the hour and/or at any time during Saturday and Sunday, an additional fee will be applied per signature notarized, plus travel fees.
PROVIDING A WITNESS
Certain documents require a witness and we can provide a witness at a reasonable fee per witness.
MORTAGE HOME LOAN SIGNINGS
Our Notary-Signing Agents will travel to the Title Company’s or Borrowers’ location to perform any type of closing. Clients who are a "no show" and cancellations not made within 24 hours will be invoiced to cover for the Notary's time and expenses.
MARRIAGE CEREMONIES
We can perform ceremonies, reading of traditional vows, and notarize the Marriage License at the location of your choice for a reasonable fee, plus travel fees. Price can vary if we need to accommodate a location.
SAFE-DEPOSIT BOX
We can assist in certifying the contents of a decedent’s box or otherwise abandoned safe-deposit box for a reasonable fee, plus travel fees. Provide a certificate thereof for presentation to the court or to the personal representative of the Decedent's estate.
NECESSARY THINGS TO HAVE READY BEFORE CALLING OUR SERVICES:
- VALID IDENTIFICATION: You must have a valid State-issued photo ID, such as a Driver License or Passport.
- Documents to be notarized must be original and in your possession.
- WITNESSES: Some documents require the signature of witnesses; if you are uncertain of the documents on hand, you can scan the documents and have us check whether or not the signatures of witnesses are required. If it is, witnesses must be present at the time of the appointment and if you don’t have any witnesses we can provide them for you.
- PAYMENT FOR SERVICES: Payments by check are made payable to Amador Services Group, LLC and must be given to the notary at the time of the signing. We do not accept any posted dated checks. We offer other payment methods.
PLEASE WAIT UNTIL THE NOTARY ARRIVES TO SIGN YOUR DOCUMENT! The whole purpose of the Notary Public is to legitimize and verify through proper identification, that the person signing the document affirms that he or she "is in fact" the person in front of the Notary.
